These privacy policies (hereinafter “Privacy Policies”) govern the treatment of user information on the site https://www.spacesur.com/ (hereinafter the “Site”) owned by Sur Emprendimientos Tecnológicos SRL (hereinafter, “SUR” and the services provided through it (“Site and services are referred to as the “Platform”), and are part of the Service Terms and Conditions, so the definitions contained therein are applicable. 6. USE, ACCESS AND DESTRUCTION OF DATA AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

The contracted services could consist of (without the list being limited) automated data processing, electronic communications, data storage, infrastructure services as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS) services, platform services as a service (PaaS), or any provision that in the light of the applicable law implies data processing by third parties. It is possible that these third parties have access to the SUR database in order for it to adequately provide the services of the Platform, but this access does not imply any transfer of the personal data of the Users, and will be limited to the activities strictly necessary for the provision of the services of the Platform, as defined by SUR, being prohibited from carrying out any other activity on the data. If SUR needs to hire a third party that may have access to the personal data of the Users for its treatment, it undertakes that in the case of contracting with third parties that do not comply with the preceding conditions SUR will, as far as possible, ensure that the contract contains the minimum clauses provided for the international transfer of data by Directive 95 / 46CE of the European Commission.
9. THIRD PARTY SITES

12.2 The User accepts that any controversy derived from the Terms and Conditions, their existence, validity, interpretation, scope or fulfillment, will be resolved exclusively in the Jurisdiction of the Federal Civil and Commercial Courts of the Argentine Republic with headquarters in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
